Terms of Service

By using Stealth POS, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Stealth POS is a cloud back-office platform for convenience-store and gas-station operators. We provide live dashboards, AI invoice processing, shrinkage analysis, loyalty program tools, and related features. The platform is delivered as a subscription on a monthly basis.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your owner-account password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Free trial

New accounts include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You may cancel during the trial without charge. After the trial, your chosen plan's subscription begins; cancel any time from your account settings.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plan limits (SMS sends per month, AI invoice scans per month, number of stores) are listed on the pricing page. Exceeding a limit may pause that feature until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

Your data

You own your data. We use it only to operate the service for you, train AI features against your own data, and improve the platform. We don't sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

AI features

AI-generated outputs (invoice extractions, shrinkage explanations, daily briefs) are estimates, not authoritative records. Always reconcile against your accounting and POS systems before posting transactions or acting on recommendations.

Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime but make no warranty. We may schedule maintenance windows with prior notice and may experience outages. We are not liable for losses arising from outages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
